Gluten Free Flour Sugar Instant Yeast Psyllium Husk Baking Powder Kosher Salt Vegetable Oil Eggs

Combine all the dry ingredients for the dough in a large standing mixer. Then mix in the wet ingredients.

Let's Make It!

Cover the dough and refrigerate overnight or up to 3 days.

When ready to bake, place in a greased challah mold or shape in a thick disc and score. Cover in plastic wrap and allow to rise.

After rising, apply an egg wash to the dough and bake until browned.

Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack. Serve and enjoy!

Do I Have To Braid The Challah?

No! To make this gluten-free challah recipe, simply halve the dough between two baking sheets. Then either use a challah mold or use a knife to make a star pattern.
