Ingredients

Gluten Free Flour Granulated Sugar Instant (Rapid Rise) Yeast Psyllium Husk Powder Baking Powder Vegetable Oil Eggs

In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients and then beat in the wet ingredients. Then cover in plastic and store in the fridge overnight.

Let's Make It!

Grease either two small challah molds or one large mold and then add in the batter.

Bake for 25 minutes at 350ºF. Brush the top with egg wash and then return to the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Allow to cool, then serve! Gluten-free challah is also great for french toast or bread pudding!

How Do I Know It's Done Cooking?

Often golden brown exteriors can be deceptive, while the inside is undercooked and gummy. Use a thermometer to and, when inserted in the middle, it should read 190-200ºF.
