Ingredients Needed:

Gluten-Free Flour Sugar Baking Cocoa Baking Soda Salt Milk or Non-Dairy Milk Oil Eggs Vanilla Extract Boiling Water

Combine the gluten-free flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda. Then add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.

Add the boiling water. Mix it in slowly, then increase speed and beat on high for 1 minute.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.

Measure gluten-free flour by scooping into the cup and leveling out.

Serve at room temperature for best texture.

Bake the batter in layers, a 9X13 sheet pan or as cupcakes.
