It is the best gluten free bread that I have ever made! The texture and taste are both perfect! I’ve been trying to make a good gluten free bread for years and they never seem to turn out. I’ll be making this bread weekly!

Mix together gluten-free flour, salt, yeast, baking powder, honey, water, oil, eggs. (dairy-free too!)

Beat for 5 minutes so flour can hydrate and starches soften.

Spread in bread pan. Cover with plastic wrap and rise for 45 minutes.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until internal temperature is 200-205ºF.
