Ingredients

Gluten Free Bread Butter | Whole Milk Chocolate Chips Ripe Bananas Eggs | Cinnamon Sugar | Brown Sugar Vanilla Extract

In a large bowl, mix together the gluten free bread cubes, chocolate chips and butter. Then pour into a greased baking dish.

Let's Make It!

Mash the bananas then whisk in eggs with sugar, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Pour the egg mixture over the bread and chocolate chips and let sit for 15 minutes..

Bake until the top is browned and a knife can be inserted in the middle and doesn't come out wet. Serve and enjoy!

How Should I Dry Out the Bread?

Cut the bread in cubes and let it sit out for several hours or for faster results, toast cubes in a 350ºF oven for 5-10 minutes.
