Ingredients

Gluten Free Flour Brown Sugar Cinnamon | Butter Eggs | Sugar Sour Cream | Apples Vanilla Extract Baking Soda Baking Powder

In a medium bowl, combine all of the crumb topping ingredients together, then set aside.

Let's Make It!

In a large bowl, mix together the sugar and butter until fluffy. Then mix in the eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.

Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix together. Then fold in the chopped apples.

Evenly divide the batter into a prepped muffin tin, then top with the crumb topping.

After baking, drizzle the tops with glaze and enjoy!

Storage Tips!

Muffins may be stored at room temperature in an airtight container up to 3 days. Refrigeration is not recommended. To freeze, wrap plastic wrap & transfer to a ziplock freezer bag for up to 3 months.
