Egg Whites Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Granulated Sugar Cornstarch Cream of Tartar Vanilla Extract Almond Extract

Sift together flour, sugar, cornstarch, and salt into a bowl. Sift again and set bowl aside

Whisk your egg whites, cream of tartar, vanilla extract, and almond extract together until fluffy

Fold together the flour mixture with the egg whites.

Pour your batter into an ungreased angel food cake tube pan. Cook 50-55 minutes or until golden.

Let the cake completely cool, top with whipped cream, fresh fruit, and enjoy!
