Old Fashioned Rolled Oats Milk Ripe Bananas Cinnamon Vanilla Extract Baking Powder Eggs

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Alternatively, use a bowl and an immersion blender.

Blend until smooth and then let the batter rest about 15 minutes for the oats to hydrate and absorb the liquid.

Heat up a griddle or skillet, then pour in the batter and cook each side until golden brown.
