Egg Green Chile Casserole combines eggs, green chilies, cottage cheese, and cheese to make an easy, no prep breakfast casserole!

Ingredients Needed:

Eggs Cottage Cheese Flour  Green Chilies Baking Powder Cheese

Beat together the eggs until light and frothy.

Mix in flour, baking powder, cottage cheese, green chilies, and cheese. 

Pour in greased baking dish, add more cheese to top, and bake!

Can is this egg casserole spicy?

No. Green chilies are very mild and this is a dish even kids enjoy! You can always make it spicier, though, by adding pepper jack cheese, or fresh jalapeños.
