Center Loin Pork Chops Lemon Juice Olive Oil White Wine Rosemary Garlic Cloves Butter

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then heat the oil in a large skillet. Once hot, add the pork chops and sear until golden brown on each side.

Let's Make It!

Lower the heat, then add the wine, garlic, and rosemary. Cover the skillet and simmer until the pork is fully cooked.

Remove the pork from the pan, then add the butter and lemon to the drippings. Drizzle the sauce over the pork for serving.

What's The Best Skillet To Use?

Use a heavy, large skillet to get the best sear. I used a 12-inch cast iron pan, which conducts heat evenly and leaves enough room to not crowd pan.
