Ingredients Needed:

Bacon Butter Onion Garlic Corn Potatoes Seasonings Broth Honey Heavy Cream Cornstarch

Fry the bacon until crisp in a large pot. Remove then saute the onions and garlic in bacon grease.

Let's Make It!

Add the broth, potatoes, corn, and seasonings. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Use a blender to puree half the soup.

Add cream, honey, and cornstarch to thicken. Garnish with bacon and chives and enjoy!

What kind of corn can I use?

Use frozen, canned, or fresh corn off the cob. It all tastes great!
