Ingredients

Oil | Red Bell Pepper Shallots | Cilantro Gingerroot | Lime Chicken Thighs Gluten-Free Fish Sauce Curry Powder Carrots Sweet Potatoes Coconut Milk Honey

In a large skillet, add in the oil, chicken, ginger and shallots. Cook together for a few minutes.

Let's Make It!

Add in the fish oil and curry powder and mix together. Then add in the carrots and sweet potatoes.

Add in the coconut milk and honey and stir to combine. Slightly cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove cover, add peppers and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in lime and cilantro and serve!

Is Curry gluten-free?
