Combine the seasonings together and rub them onto the chicken breasts

Let's Make It!

Brown the chicken in the Instant pot or just place in the slow cooker.

Add in the onion. Once cooked, add in chicken broth and the other sauce ingredients, or add everything to the slow cooker.

Once cooked, remove the chicken and mix in the cornstarch to thicken, then stir in cream cheese to make an ultra creamy sauce.

Serve with rice, pasta, or cauliflower rice to keep the whole dish low carb!
