Ingredients

Crispy Rice Cereal Unsalted Butter Mini Marshmallows Vanilla Extract Peanut Butter Chocolate Chips

In a small saucepan, melt the butter then mix in the vanilla and marshmallows. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and rice cereal.

Let's Make It!

Spoon out the mixture onto the prepared baking pan. Press down with a butter wrapper to evenly flatten everything.

Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave. Once melted, spread evenly on top.

Allow the chocolate to cool at room temperature to harden before cutting and serving. Enjoy!

How Should I Store Leftovers?

For best results, leave the bars uncut until ready to serve. Store at room temperature, wrapped securely in foil or in an airtight container, up to two days. Avoid storing in the refrigerator because the chocolate will become “chalky.”
