Ingredients

Cumin Paprika Chili Powder Garlic Powder Onion Powder Cayenne Pepper Flank Steak Orange | Lime White Wine Vinegar

Combine all of the seasonings and oil together in a small bowl. Then rub it in evenly on the flank steak.

Let's Make It!

Put the steak in a slow cooker, pour in the orange juice, lime juice and vinegar and sprinkle on the cilantro.

Cook on low for a few hours. Once cooked, allow to rest on a cutting board before slicing it.

How Should I Cut The Flank Steak?

To cut flank steak, slice the meat against the grain. This means you will see lines running through the fibers of the meat. Do not slice in the same direction as these fibers, but cut perpendicular to them.
