Ingredients

Crust: Oats ∣ Butter  Cinnamon ∣ Pecans Cream Cheese ∣ Cool Whip Milk Powdered Sugar Butterscotch Pudding

Mix all the crust ingredients in a food processor - oats, butter, pecans, and cinnamon.

Let's Make It!

Press into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Cool before layering with other ingredients.

Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip.

Mix together instant butterscotch pudding and milk until thick and creamy.

Layer the cream cheese on top of the crust, then the butterscotch pudding, and finally Cool Whip. 

Top with chopped pecans or crushed toffee bits.
