Start by baking your potatoes in the oven. Once cooled, cut off the top and scoop out the potatoes, saving the filling.

In a large bowl, mix together the potato filling, cheeses, butter, and seasoning together

Divide the filling mixture between the potato skins. Place the skins on a baking sheet and bake until hot throughout

In a medium bowl, mix together the chicken, cream cheese, ranch packet, hot sauce and celery
