Ingredients

Almond Flour Butter or Oil Brown Sugar Pecans | Cinnamon Pumpkin Puree Eggs | Oil Vanilla Extract Pumpkin Pie Spice Baking Powder

Combine all of the streusel ingredients together in a small bowl, then set aside.

Let's Make It!

Spread the pumpkin puree evenly on a plate and pat dry with paper towel.

In a large bowl, mix together all of the wet ingredients with the brown sugar.

Add in the dry ingredients and spices to the bowl and mix together.

Evenly pour the batter into a prepped muffin tin, then top with the struesel before baking.

Can I Make My Own Pumpkin Spice?

Yes! If you would like to make your own, add 1 ½ tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp ginger, and 1/8 tsp ground cloves for this recipe.
