Soft Peanut Butter Almond Flour Cookies taste so much like chewy, old fashioned cookies, you won’t believe they are naturally gluten free!

Ingredients Needed:

Butter Peanut Butter Sugar Brown Sugar Egg Vanilla Extract Almond Flour Baking Soda Baking Powder

Mix together the butter, peanut butter, and both sugars in a mixing bowl.

Add the egg and vanilla extract. Combine well.

Mix in the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 

Scoop onto ungreased baking sheets and bake for 10 minutes. No need to chill dough!

Are almond flour cookies low carb?

Each cookie contains 9 grams carbs. However, to reduce the carbs even more, a sugar free substitute may be used.

What else can be added?

Mix in chocolate chips, M&Ms, or raisins. You may also dip have the cookie in chocolate after they cool, or top with a Hershey Kiss as soon as they come out of the oven.
