Almond Flour Pancakes

Almond Flour Pancakes are so light and fluffy you won't believe they are grain-free and gluten-free! Enjoy a healthy, low carb, high protein breakfast in minutes!

Ingredients Needed:

Almond flour (blanched) Baking powder Cinnamon Eggs Banana (or applesauce) Maple syrup (or sweetener) Nut Butter (any) Milk Vanilla

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or a blender. Mix with an immersion blender or blend to combine. 

Heat a griddle over low to medium low heat. Grease and pour batter onto to cook. 

Is this recipe low carb?

Yes with a couple easy swaps! Replace maple syrup with erythritol. Replace the banana with unsweetened applesauce or leave out.

Use fine almond flour rather than almond meal.
