Ingredients Needed:

Eggs Sugar Butter Vanilla Almond Flour Cocoa Powder Baking Powder

Beat the egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar. In a separate bowl, beat the yolks with remaining sugar. Mix in the butter and vanilla.

Beat in the almond flour, cocoa, and baking powder, then fold in the egg whites. Stir until only a few lumps remain. Bake for 30 minutes.

For ganache, mix together hot heavy cream and chocolate chips. Pour over cooled cake.

Can I make this dairy-free?

Yes. To make a dairy-free almond flour cake simply replace the butter with melted coconut oil or any preferred oil.
