Ingredients

Butter  Sugar Egg Almond Extract Vanilla Extract Almond Flour Cornstarch Baking Powder

Cream the butter together with the sugar until light and fluffy.

Let's Make It!

Add the almond flour, baking powder, cornstarch, and salt.

Shape the dough into a log and bake for 35 minutes. Cool and then slice diagonally.

Bake the slices again for 10 minutes on each side. Drizzle with chocolate, if desired.

Top or mix in chocolate, chopped nuts, toasted coconut, orange zest, or dried fruit.
