Ingredients

Chicken | Sausage | Shrimp Butter | Onion | Celery  Green Bell Peppers Garlic | Paprika |Thyme Oregano | Garlic Powder Onion Powder |Onion Cayenne Pepper | Salt White Rice | Chicken Broth Tomato Paste | Crushed Tomato Green Onion

Cook sausage. Remove from pot. In the same pot cook chicken. Remove from pot. No in same pot cook shrimp. Remove.

Let's Make It!

To the empty skillet, add the butter, onion, celery, pepper, and garlic. Cook until slightly softened.

Stir in the rice and spices with the veggies, coating everything with the oil and seasonings.

Add the broth, crushed tomatoes, and tomato paste, scraping up the bottom of the skillet to bring up all those browned bits.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat to a very gentle simmer, cover, and cook for 25 minutes.

Add-In and Modifications

Make it your own by using: – Okra – Add minced fresh parsley, or cook with a bay leaf. – Swap out the crushed tomatoes with a can of Rotel. – Fry  bacon, set side, but leave in the drippings for flavor.
