Whether you are enjoying a festive gluten-free Thanksgiving dinner or looking for a rich sauce to drizzle on mashed potatoes, many easy gluten free dinners would not be complete without classic homemade gravy.

Ingredients

Butter or Drippings Sweet Rice Flour Gluten-Free Broth Optional: Onion Powder Poultry Seasoning Worcestershire Sauce

Whisk together the Gluten free flour and broth. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour mixture.

Let's Make It!

Continue to whisk the gravy while adding the remaining broth. Whisk over medium heat until desired thickness is reached.

Finally, season to taste, then serve and enjoy! Homemade gravy in minutes!

Reheating tips!

Store leftovers in an airtight container up to 3 days in the refrigerator. To reheat, place in a small saucepan and whisk over medium-low heat until hot. Alternatively, I have reheated in the microwave as well.
