Chicken Noodle Soup

This easy recipe for gluten-free chicken noodle soup is not only ready to serve in less than 40 minutes, but includes affordable ingredients you can pick up at your local grocery store.

Ingredients

Butter | Carrots Celery Stalks | Garlic Cloves Boneless Chicken Thighs Gluten Free Flour Dried Thyme Onion Powder Dried Oregano GF Chicken Broth GF Rotini Evaporated Milk

In a large pot, melt the butter. Then add in the chopped celery, carrots and garlic and cook.

Let's Make It!

Add the chicken and seasonings into the large pot. Cook the chicken until it is no longer pink.

Add the GF flour and stir until everything is evenly mixed.

Gradually pour in the broth and bring to boil. Add pasta and cook for 6 minutes, then stir in evaporated milk.

Can this be made Dairy Free?

Yes! First, instead of butter use dairy-free butter sticks or substitute 2 tablespoons olive oil. The evaporated milk may also be eliminated from the recipe. If you do want to add a bit of creaminess, consider non-dairy options.
