Green Tomatoes Rice Flour | Corn Meal Gluten-Free Flour Paprika | Garlic Powder Onion Powder | Buttermilk Hot Sauce

Prep your tomatoes. Layer on paper towel, salt add a top layer of paper towel to draw out moisture.

Let's Make It!

First dip the tomatoes in the rice flour. While heating oil to 350ºF.

Next dip tomatoes in buttermilk mixture and finally cornmeal bredding.

Place 3-4 tomato slices in oil and fry for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway through.

can i use an air fryer?

Yes! Place the breaded tomatoes in a single layer on in basket. Lightly mist the tops with oil and air fry at 400ºF for 4 minutes.
