Peanut Crust:
In a food processor mix together peanuts, flour, brown sugar, butter, & water.
Press into a pie plate and bake for 20 minutes.

In a saucepan melt sugar, then add butter.
Whisk in cream, and stir in peanuts.

Saute apples in butter until soft.
Pour into crust and pour peanut caramel over top.
