Perfected Aperol Spritz With Prosecco

  • In a wine or cocktail glass pour the Aperol, Prosecco, and soda water.
    2 ounces Aperol , 3 ounces Prosecco, 1 ounce soda water
  • Fill glass with ice and squeeze in a orange slice. Cheers!

Notes

In northern Italy, an Aperol Spritz is served with an olive too. Delicious!
