Bacon Mild Italian Sausage Onion Garlic Cloves Chicken Broth Potatoes Evaporated Milk Kale or Spinach

Saute the sausage, onion, and garlic. 

Add the chicken broth, potatoes, and seasonings. Cook under pressure for 5 minutes or slow cook 5 hours. 

Stir in the spinach or kale to wilt then add the evaporated milk. 

Why use evaporated milk?

It’s low moisture content boosts the creaminess without adding additional fat.
