Ingredients

Zucchini Fries: Olive Oil | Zucchini | Almond Flour Italian Seasoning | Garlic Powder Onion Powder | Eggs Parmesan Cheese  Sun-Dried Tomato Dipping Sauce: Sun-Dried Tomatoes | Mayonnaise Cayenne Pepper

Combine all almond flour, parmesan, and seasonings in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, whisk eggs until frothy.

Let's Make It!

Take each zucchini fry, dip them in egg and coat them in the seasoning. Next, arrange them spread out on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

Combine the optional sun dried tomato dipping sauce ingredients together in a food processor and blend until smooth.
