Brown ground beef, onions, and garlic in large skillet.

Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, and spices.

Stir in chopped cabbage, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes.

For slow cooker, place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on LOW for 8 hours.

Serve over rice, cauliflower rice, or as is.
