Butter | Dried Basil Carrot | Onion Garlic | Cream Cheese Whole Peeled Tomatoes Tomato Paste Brown Sugar

In a medium pot, melt the butter and add in the diced vegetables. Then, saute until tender and add in the garlic.

Let's Make It!

Stir in the tomatoes, brown sugar, and seasonings. Bring to a boil and then allow to simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the cream cheese and use an immersion blender or blender to process until smooth. Then serve and enjoy!

How Should I Reheat Leftovers?

To reheat, transfer to a small saucepan. Heat on the stove over medium low heat. Be careful to not overheat or the cream cheese will curdle. You may also reheat in the microwave at 50% power until almost hot, then finish at full power.
