Make quick and easy Parmesan Tilapia recipe in less than 15 minutes! This low carb, gluten free tilapia recipe combines lemon, mayo, and fresh parmesan cheese smothered on flaky fish.

Ingredients Needed:

Tilapia Parmesan Cheese Mayonnaise Lemon Juice Butter Parsley Basil Seasoned Salt Garlic

Lay the fish out on foil-lined pan. Mix the topping ingredients together in a small bowl.

Spread the topping on the fish and then top with parmesan cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes or Broil for 4-5 minutes. Enjoy!

Can I substitute a different fish?

Yes! Use cod, sole, halibut, swai, pollock, sea bass, or grouper. Adjust the baking time for thicker fish.
