Pastry Dough Spinach | Eggs Shallot | Heavy Cream Garlic | Feta Cheese Swiss Cheese Nutmeg | Oregano

Roll out the dough between plastic wrap into a circle.

Let's Make It!

In a large pan, sauté the shallots until soft, then add the the spinach, garlic and seasonings. Then mix with the eggs and heavy cream.

On the rolled out dough, layer on the swiss cheese, spinach mixture, and top with feta cheese.

Gently fold over the edges and bake until golden brown. Then serve and enjoy!

Can I Use A Pre-made Crust?

Yes! Instead of making a homemade pastry crust or gluten free crust, substitute store-bought, refrigerated pie crust instead.
