Yukon Gold Potatoes Salt Butter

Add salt and water to a large pot and stir to dissolve. Add potatoes and simmer until tender.

Let's Make It!

For the browned butter, melt in a small skillet. Once golden brown sediment falls to the bottom of the pan, remove from heat.

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and pour the browned butter over the top. Then smash them down with a potato masher or cup.

Bake the smashed potatoes in the oven until crispy, golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
