Ingredients

Olive Oil Zucchini Garlic Clove Lemon Juice Salt

Add oil to a large skillet and allow to heat up until hot. Then add in the zucchini chunks, toss with oil, and allow to sit for 2 minutes to sear.

Cook and stir for a few more minutes, adding the garlic. Squeeze lemon on before serving.

What's The Right Size Zucchini?

Save larger zucchini for baking recipes, such as gluten free zucchini bread, zucchini brownies, and blueberry zucchini bread.  Ideally harvest or buy zucchini when it is 5-7 inches long. Otherwise it can be tasteless or bitter.
