In a large skillet, break up and cook the breakfast sausage. Then drain it and set aside.

Let's Make It!

In a large bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients. Stir in the sausage and cheese.

In a small bowl, combine the wet ingredients, then mix into the flour mixture. Then add in the melted butter and combine.

Pour the batter into a prepped muffin tin, sprinkle cheese on top and bake until a toothpick comes out clean.

How Should I Store Leftovers?

After they have cooled completely refrigerate in an airtight container up to 2 days. If storing longer than 2 days, I recommend freezing so they don’t dry out.
