Place the chopped carrots and apples on a baking sheet and drizzle the glaze on top

Bake the carrots and apples until browned. Then serve and enjoy.

Types of carrots to use

Pick thinner carrots so they roast at the same rate as the apples. If the carrots are thicker, slice lengthwise to make two thinner halves. Baby carrots may also be used, but if they are thicker halve these as well.
