Rolled Oats Milk Pumpkin Puree Eggs Light Brown Sugar Vanilla Extract Baking Powder Pumpkin Pie Slice

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend together until smooth.

Evenly pour out the batter on a skillet and cook until slightly golden on the bottom, then flip.

Can I Make My Own Pumpkin Spice?

Yes! Replace the pumpkin pie spice with 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, 1/8 tsp ginger, and 1/8 tsp ground cloves.
