In a food processor or blend mix together the oats, pecans, melted butter, cinnamon and salt. Press into a baking dish and bake for 18 minutes.
Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust. Mix together pumpkin, milk, pudding mix, and pumpkin spice. Fold in Cool Whip and spread on cream cheese.
Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and chocolate. Chill for 3 hours, slice, and serve!
