Ingredients

Chopped Bacon Butter | Yellow Onion Celery | Carrots | Garlic Russet Potatoes Chicken Broth Cornstarch Onion Powder Evaporated Milk

Fry up the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan, saving some bacon grease to cook the veggies in.

Let's Make It!

Add butter to the drippings and the saute the veggies until tender

Add in your broth, seasonings, and potatoes to the pot. Cook until veggies are tender, about 10 minutes.

Blend together about half of the soup and then mix in cornstarch to thicken. Finally, stir in evaporated milk.

Serve with bacon, cheese, and sour cream and enjoy!
