Russet Potatoes Bacon Oil Cheddar Cheese Green Onions Sour Cream

Lay out potatoes and brush with oil and season. Bake until fork tender.

Once baked and cooled, cut the potatoes in half and then scoop them out. TIP: The flesh can be frozen after it cools for mashed potatoes!

Brush the insides with oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake again until skins are crispy.

Fill with cheese and bacon. Put them back in the oven to melt cheese then add green onions and sour cream!
