Ingredients

Olive Oil | Cinnamon Pork Loin Roast Chicken Broth Cranberry Sauce Dijon Mustard Garlic Powder Dried Thyme Ground Cloves Cornstarch

Season the pork and saute in the instant pot or saute pan,until the sides are golden brown.

Let's Make It!

Add the cranberry sauce, dijon, garlic powder, thyme, cloves, and cinnamon. Stir to combine and then add the roast back to the pot.

Seal the Instant Pot and cook. Once cooked, remove from the pot. Set the pot to simmer and whisk in the cornstarch and water to make the gravy, then serve with the pork.

What Pork Should I Choose?

For this recipe you want to use center cut pork loin roast with a nice fat cap on top. This insulates and seasons the meat as it cooks. Do not use pork tenderloin, which is smaller and rounder.
