Ingredients

Cumin | Cinnamon Brown Sugar | Allspice Paprika | Pork Butt Bell Peppers | Onion Garlic | Chipotle Peppers Cayenne | Chili Powder Apple Cider | Apples Pumpkin Puree | Tomatoes Kidney Beans

Combine all of the seasonings in a small bowl and generously rub in on all sides of the pork pieces.

Let's Make It!

Add all remaining ingredients except the apples and kidney beans. Stir to combine. Cook on HIGH For 5-6 hours or LOW for 10-12 hours.

Once the pork is cooked, transfer to a cutting board. Then add the beans and apples to the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 30 minutes.

Once the pork has cooled, shred it, then add it back to the cooker and mix. Then serve and enjoy!

Could I Make This Spicier?

Pork Chili has a moderate, respectable amount of spice to appeal to everyone. However, if you are a spice fiend, increase the cayenne to 1/2 teaspoon and use 2 chipotle peppers.
