Ingredients

Egg Milk Pure Maple Syrup Vanilla Extract Quick-Cooking Oats Baking Powder Ground Cinnamon Mini Chocolate Chips

In a small bowl, add and whisk together all of the wet ingredients.

Let's Make It!

Add in the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate chips, and whisk together with a fork.

Pour the batter into a prepped mug and microwave. Remove, mix together again, add the chocolate chips, then microwave again until done.

Can I Replace The Oil?

Yes! The oil may be replaced with an equal amount of creamy peanut butter, or any preferred nut butter. The cake will be slightly more dense, not quite as fluffy, but still delicious.
