Ingredients

Grated Carrots GF Rolled Oats Sugar | Cornstarch Light Brown Sugar Baking Soda | Cinnamon Cloves | Ginger | Nutmeg Salt | Eggs | Milk Unsweet Applesauce Oil | Vanilla Extract Chopped Pecans | Raisins Browned Butter Cream Cheese 

Add ingredients and pulse briefly to combine in blender.

Let's Make It!

Pour batter into baking pane. Bake at 350ºF for 30-35 minutes.

Make cream cheese frosting and spread on a cooled cake.

Can this be a layered cake?

Yes! Just double the recipe and divide the batter between two greased 9-inch cake pans. The baking time would stay the same. You would also need to double the frosting ingredients.
