Ingredients

Gluten-Free Oats Sugar Light Brown Sugar Cornstarch Baking Powder Baking Soda | Cinnamon Eggs | Milk Yogurt | Vanilla Extract

Add rolled oats to the blender and blend until powdery. Alternative, use purchased oat flour.

Let's Make It!

Add in the remaining ingredients and blend together until fully mixed.

Add in the remaining oats and gently pulse to mix, but not blend. Then allow the batter to rest while the oven preheats.

Pour the batter into a prepped baking dish and bake until a toothpick can come out clean.

In a small bowl, make the frosting. Once the cake is cooled, evenly frost the top of the cake, then serve and enjoy!

What else can be added?

Stir in chopped nuts, raisins, additional spices or chocolate chips. It can also be frosted with a cream cheese icing!
