Ingredients

Oat Flour Cocoa Powder Granulated Sugar Baking Soda Unsalted Butter Creamy Peanut Butter Eggs | Vanilla Extract Semisweet Chocolate Chips

In a blender or food processor, blend together the oats into a fine powder. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and process to combine.

Let's Make It!

Add the melted butter or oil, peanut butter, eggs, water, and vanilla. Process again to combine well. Stir in ¾ cup chocolate chips.

Spread into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup chocolate chips on top.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, then allow to cool for about 30 minutes before cutting and serving. Then enjoy!
