Ingredients

Oreo Crust Heavy Cream Cream Cheese Powdered Sugar  Peppermint Extract Mini Chocolate Chips Vanilla Extract Andes Mints

Beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. You will transfer this mixture to another bowl to fold into the minty cream cheese in a bit.

Let's Make It!

Blend together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, peppermint extract, and food coloring.

Spread and pop it in the fridge. Then spread additional whipped topping and garnish with more Andes,

Refrigerate for at least 5 hours, up to overnight, before serving.

Love, love love this pie as a make-ahead dessert for holidays or parties. It can be made up to 1 day ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to serve. For longer storage it can also be frozen.
