Ingredients Needed:

Pepper ∣ Onion Garlic ∣ Chicken Taco Seasoning Salsa ∣ Broth Rice ∣ Corn Black Beans Sour Cream Cilantro Cheese Tortilla Chips

Saute the onion, pepper and garlic. Add the chicken to cook slightly, then add the rice, salsa, and broth. Cover and simmer for 20 mins.

Let's Make It!

Stir in the beans, corn, sour cream, cilantro and some shredded cheese.

Spread in a casserole dish and top with tortilla chips and shredded cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
